In the realization of the Human Rights Support Project which continued to be implemented in 2005, NGO's ARKA from Kumanovo, Center for Democratic Development from Tetovo have been joined by the Coalition “All for fair trials”, Center for Civic Initiative from Prilep and CHOICE from Strumica.
Therefore in order for successful implementation of the workload by the project officers that provide free legal aid to the victims of police abuse, it was necessary to supply them with further education and closer introduction to the functioning of governmental institutions in protection of the human rights specifically in the area of police misconduct.
The training was conducted from a multidisciplinary aspect; the lecturers were representatives of different governmental institutions including the judiciary and the nongovernmental sector. Namely, the two day seminar was financially and technically supported by the OSCE Spillover mission in Skopje who is the main donators of the Human Rights Support Project.
According to the agenda on the two days seminal the following topics have been worked out:
